Refunds and Returns

OVERVIEW

Our policy lasts 14 days after date of delivery. If 14 days has gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) must be (1) free of deodorant or other stains and (2) free of perfumes, colognes and other odors. (3) It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be included with the returned item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

REFUNDS

You must email us at info@lifethoughtsstylesaccessories.com photos of the defective or damaged item for refund consideration PRIOR to returning any items.  We will email you if your refund request is approved and provide you with instructions to return your item(s).

If approved for return based on your emailed photos, once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receipt of your returned item(s).

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund after waiting the 14 days, first check your account again.  Then contact your credit card company/bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@lifethoughtsstylesaccessories.com.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We do not accept requests for exchanges since our items are custom printed. However, you may refer to our refund policy above and place a new order if the original item received was defective or damaged after you have received refund approval.  You must email us photos of the defective or damaged item BEFORE being considered for a refund.

GIFTS

Gifted orders must returned and handled per our policy as stated above.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
